Ship/Return/Exchange Policy

Shipping: I aim to ship orders within 3-5 days of order receipt for in stock items with a few exceptions such as holidays, weekends, emergencies, and national pandemics. We use USPS / UPS / FedEx at our discretion and can’t control the shippers shipping time during these uncertain times. If a shipment is returned to HMYC due to miss information on the buyers part a reshipment fee will apply, if the error is ours we will reship at our cost.

For custom orders timing of said order will be pre-arranged with the customer.

Returns/Exchanges: If you discover a problem with your product within the first 15 days, please contact us, and we will work to come to a reasonable solution for unused product. In most cases, the return shipping will be the responsibility of the buyer.
